- Two weeks of email support (3-4 emails per day), so we can coach you every step of the way. You will never feel alone in the process!
In-home Consultation$250
- Some sleep challenges can be addressed in one phone call.
- If you want tips, strategies, and suggestions, but don’t need a full plan or follow up support, let’s chat!
- 30 minute minimum
7 days Email Consultation$450
- Ideal for return clients or isolated sleep issues such as nap transitions, bed transitions, or travel preparation.
- Send me a list of your questions and current sleep challenges. I respond in detail to each question with tips and tricks to solve your sleep issue du jour!
- Includes 2-3 emails per day over the course of 7 days (or spread over two weeks–your choice).
3 days Email Consultation$195
- Available for return clients who would like to add on to a phone call.

- One hour phone consult, so you can instill great sleep habits from the start.
- Includes Baby Sleep Pro’s Guide to Great Sleep for the First 12 Weeks of Life, plus 2 follow-up email exchanges.
- We discuss: newborn sleep patterns; newborn sleep schedules; ideal sleep environment, tips to help your baby sleep, and a healthy sleep plan to get your newborn started.
