- 8 follow up phone calls that comprise of a proven system to increase follow through and success
- Consultations are offered over Zoom and typically take 90 minutes to two hours.
Basic Sleep Package for 2 Children$745.00
- A comprehensive review of your children’s history, evaluation of temperament and their 5-day sleep record.
- Creation of an individualized, easy to follow plan based on your children’s developmental stage and readiness as well as your goals.
- 10 follow up phone calls that comprise of a proven system to increase follow through and success
- Consultations are offered over Zoom and typically take 2.5 hours.
One-Time Consultation$300.00
- Includes review of your child’s history with attention to your child’s developmental stage, nutritional needs, temperament, and review of your child’s 5-day sleep record as well as 1.5 hour Zoom consultation.
- Your family will help to create a step-by-step, customized plan that you will then be able to implement.
- Should you wish to receive follow up support, additional fees will be assessed.
Newborn/Sleep Shaping Package$225.00
- The Sleep Shaping consultation reviews important information about sleep science as it relates to the developmental needs of newborns (0-4 months) with special attention paid to your child’s nutritional needs at this stage.
- Review of your child’s history with attention to your child’s developmental stage, temperament and sleep record,
- Zoom consultation
- 2 follow phone calls of 15-20 minutes each
