About Betteroo

About Betteroo

Betteroo is an emotionally-attuned personalized sleep coaching tool that helps exhausted parents build an adaptive plan that actually fits their baby and their life.

Rachel Rothman, co-founder of Betteroo

From our founder

I spent 15 years at the Good Housekeeping Institute testing thousands of products — evaluating whether they actually solved real-world problems.

But when I became a mom, I couldn’t find sleep support that spoke to my experience as an exhausted parent.

Everything was focused on perfect schedules. Nothing was designed for the parent running on empty.

So I built what I wished had existed: Betteroo – expert-backed sleep guidance that adapts to real families, real babies, and real life.

What makes us different

What Makes Betteroo Different

Most sleep advice is designed for ideal conditions — a well-rested parent, a textbook baby, and perfect consistency. That’s not reality.

Betteroo turns sleep science into small, doable steps, and adjusts your plan when real life inevitably gets messy.

Betteroo helps parents:

Understand why their baby is waking

Get step-by-step sleep guidance

Adapt the plan when regressions or illness happen

Rebuild confidence as a parent

Our expert team

Built on a foundation of
cross-disciplinary expertise.

Combining developmental science, clinical practice, and real-world parenting.
