As a first-time mum, the support of a doula in the early postpartum days was one of my first priorities. Lihi has so far provided us with daytime and overnight support and it was paramount! She helped coach me through breastfeeding, offered advice on timing feeds, and gave me some much needed rest after a bit of an intense delivery. I cannot express enough gratitude to Lihi and her unwavering support! She answers questions day and night, I never felt alone! Thank you Lihi!!!!

We worked with Lihi for both our daughters. For our first daughter we did the labour package as well as overnight sessions. As first time parents, her support was invaluable. She helped us have a very positive birth, and the overnight sessions helped so much with the newborn sleep deprivation. For our second daughter, we continued with the overnight sessions. Highly recommend for any parents who highly value sleep and want to set themselves up for success as busy parents.
