From the moment I met with Stacey, I felt so much more confident going into my first birth. She helped me prepare for my birth in practical ways and helped my husband and I navigate all the options and considerations when creating a birth plan. She was so encouraging the whole way through and having her believe in me made me feel like I was capable of achieving a birth I wanted. During delivery, Stacey was there to support me and my family in a calm, focussed, positive and comprehensive way. She knew exactly what positions to put me in that made my birth efficient and without interventions. Postpartum, Stacey was so helpful in sharing her knowledge about breastfeeding and general baby care. It was so great to have an extra set of hands helping around with baby and other home tasks.
