My husband and I were looking for additional resources that we were not getting in the public health system, and Victoria was able to provide all encompassing support, from prenatal to birth planning and postpartum. During her home visits, she was considerate, thoughtful, and was able to contextualize a lof ot the information that we had learned in our prenatal classes with information specific to our wants and needs. Whenever I had a question, Victoria was prompt to respond with valuable information, day or night! During the delivery process, our entire birth plan was tossed out the window; however, Victoria was our anchor during the unpredictability of becoming first time parents as we went from a planned natural delivery to an unplanned c-section. During our hospital stay, she ensured that my husband, newborn daughter, and I were supported in areas that we did not even think we would need support.
