I am delighted to recommend Susie Hayes as a doula, having had the privilege of working with her during the first three months of our baby's life. Susie's professionalism is remarkable; she approached every situation with a wealth of knowledge and expertise, ensuring that we felt supported and informed throughout our journey. Her timely responses and flexibility in accommodating our needs made a significant difference during this transformative period, and her familiarity with the latest tools and techniques was incredibly reassuring. What truly stands out about Susie is her loving demeanor, which created a calming atmosphere for our family. She has an exceptional ability to put us at ease, making the transition into parenthood feel manageable and joyful. Susie took the time to educate us on various aspects of newborn care without ever imposing her opinions, fostering a collaborative environment where we felt empowered to make our own decisions. Her compassionate support and dedication to our well-being have left a lasting impact on our family, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services to any new parents seeking guidance and comfort during this precious time.
