During active labour she’d tag team with my husband giving him breaks… while she held my hand, saying my affirmations aloud… Kat’s help really peaked for us in postpartum. She’s a natural when it comes to “mothering the mother”. Every mama needs a Kat and I’m beyond grateful to of had her in our support crew.
