Postpartum doula visits of 3 hours at the family's home, starting with a 60-minute intake and usually beginning when the kraamzorg leaves, with care up to 6-8 weeks postpartum. Support includes emotional support, baby care help, light housekeeping, nutritious meals, Ayurvedic massage and belly binding. She also offers a private kraamtijd course and a separate birth doula package.
