Individualized parent coaching, coaching for couples and for parents co-parenting across two households, and group coaching. Parent coaching sessions are 60 minutes and include an emailed summary with action steps outlined. She also facilitates parenting groups, teaches parenting classes, and presents to businesses, schools and community groups.
