Long Island Lactation & Nutrition (LILac Nutrition LLC) is a team of lactation and nutrition professionals offering breastfeeding and nutrition support throughout Nassau and Suffolk County, New York. Their International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) work together to support families through pregnancy, postpartum, and infant feeding — whether preparing for breastfeeding during pregnancy, navigating feeding challenges with a newborn, building a pumping plan, or focusing on nutrition for a healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery. By combining expertise in both lactation and nutrition, they offer a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that supports maternal wellness, infant growth, and feeding success.

Breastfeeding services include a full Breastfeeding Consultation (in-office, with a medical-grade scale for a weighted feed, latch and feeding assessment, and a customized care plan), a Mini Virtual Breastfeeding Consultation, Pumping Consultation, Prenatal Breastfeeding Prep Consultation, and Breastfeeding Nutrition Consultation. Nutrition support covers gestational diabetes, postpartum recovery, and infant allergies/sensitivities, plus discounted bundled care packages and on-demand eCourses. The office is located at The Nesting Place in Farmingdale, NY. In-network with Aetna and Cigna for nutrition services; a superbill is provided for out-of-network or self-pay clients.
