Initial in-home consultations last about 90 minutes and include a discussion of medical history, assessment of parent and baby, and a weighted feed; follow-up visits run about 60 minutes. Virtual appointments address the same issues without a weighted feed and are 60 minutes for an initial visit. Insurance-covered visits are available for Aetna, United Health Care, and Blue Cross Blue Shield; self-pay clients are provided a superbill for reimbursement.
