I'm so grateful that I had Heather's doula support for my birth. She supported me to have the exact birth I wanted in hospital and helped me to feel very confident going into the birth of my son. She was very attentive through the third trimester, she helped me create my birth plan, brought me pain remedies and taught me and my husband labour positions. She was always quick to respond whenever we needed her. When it was finally time to give birth she advocated for me and reminded me of my birth plan when I was too out of it to respond to the medical professionals. I ended up being able to have almost the exact birth I'd hoped for and I really thank her for helping me get there. She was also very kind and helpful in postpartum, she gave me massages and brought herbal remedies. I highly recommend Heather to anyone interested in working with a doula. She is kind, organized, reliable and a delight to be with.

We were so lucky to find Heather as our doula for our second birth. After having an emergency c-section for my first birth I knew I wanted someone who could support us with whatever happened during my second labour and delivery. Immediately, Heathers presence, understanding and knowledge put me at ease.
