My approach to infant sleep combines professional knowledge, hands-on experience, and realistic expectations. Healthy sleep habits develop through consistency, age-appropriate routines, an understanding of infant development, and guidance that considers each baby's individual needs.

Over the years, I've helped families establish healthy sleep foundations by identifying sleep patterns, making thoughtful adjustments to feeding and sleep routines, and teaching parents how to respond confidently to their baby's needs. I believe in providing clear recommendations and practical strategies while recognizing that every baby progresses at their own pace. What makes our approach different from traditional sleep consulting is that we combine sleep education with hands-on newborn care and postpartum support. Rather than simply providing a sleep plan, we work alongside families, often overnight, implementing routines, observing progress, and making adjustments as needed. My goal is not only to help babies develop healthy sleep habits but also to give parents the knowledge, tools, and confidence to maintain those habits independently long after our time together.
