- The sleep training/sleep coaching package is for children from 4 months old to 5 years old.
- This package includes 1,2 or 4 nights of in-home coaching for you and your baby.
- We will develop a plan that you are comfortable with in order to best teach your baby to self soothe.
- The package also includes unlimited follow up emails and phone calls.

Virtual Sleep Consultation- & Follow-Ups
- The package includes initial consultation phone call, detailed and unlimited follow up emails, and phone calls.
- The virtual consultation package is a perfect option for parents who feel comfortable implementing changes on their own, or just need help problem-solving their child's sleep patterns.
Overnight Newborn Care
- Overnight Newborn care is a baby-guided sleep and feeding schedule from birth to 6 weeks.
- Your NCS will help with all baby-related chores like laundry, bottle/pump washing and sterilizing, nursing tips, swaddling and creating a healthy sleep environment.
- After 6 weeks we gently start guiding your baby to longer and longer stretches until your baby is sleeping through the night.
- We require 1 night, non-refundable deposit to hold your place on the schedule and guarantee the nights you want.
