The only Columbus practice here that is a team rather than a solo consultant, and the only one that also coaches adults: alongside pediatric sleep for newborns (0–16 weeks), babies (4–17 months) and toddlers and young kids (1.5–8 years), Via Graces runs an adult sleep track for 18+. Lauren is the Columbus consultant; the other two pediatric coaches are based in Houston and outside Philadelphia.
