Sleep Consultation Services$385
- A 60-minute FaceTime/phone initial consultation to evaluate your child’s sleep habits, review your intake form, go over all the aspects of your child’s sleep needs and family sleep goals. Together we will come up with a plan to improve sleep.
- A fully customized sleep plan tailored to your family’s needs – from sleep to age-appropriate routines within 72 hours of the consultation.
- An in-depth phone consultation to go over your personalized sleep plan, and how to start.
Sleep Consultation Package Plus$475
- A 60-minute FaceTime/phone initial consultation to evaluate your child’s sleep habits, review your intake form, go over all the aspects of your child’s sleep needs and family sleep goals. Together we will come up with a plan to improve sleep.
- A fully customized sleep plan tailored to your family’s needs – from sleep, feeding and activity to age-appropriate routines within 72 hours of the consultation.
- An in-depth phone consultation to go over your personalized sleep plan, and how to start.
- Two weeks of follow-up emails (2-3 email exchanges or texts a day, as needed) or one phone call a day (generally 15 minutes) are included, beginning the morning after you start the plan.
Nap Consultation Package$225
- A 45-minute FaceTime/phone initial consultation to evaluate your child’s sleep habits, review your intake form, go over all the aspects of your child’s day and sleep routines.
- A day time sleep plan tailored to your family’s individual needs – including an age-appropriate schedule.
- An in-depth phone consultation to go over your personalized sleep plan, and how to start.
Newborn/New Parent Sleep Consultation$175
- Includes a 60 minute consult for new parents regarding their new baby’s sleep patterns, and what to expect in the coming months.
- This package includes 1 day of follow-up emails, to occur any time in the baby’s first year. (expect 2-3 email exchanges)
Sleep Consultation Refresher$200
- This includes a 60 minute consult and 2-3 follow up e-mail exchanges. (A written plan is not included in this option.)
Hourly Telephone Consultations$150
- There is no written plan with this package. (All hourly calls are prorated.)
