I highly recommend Kara! She took care of me and my baby postpartum. Kara’s kindness, competency, and conscientiousness put my husband and I at ease and allowed us to trust her with our baby. We appreciated Kara’s professionalism; she stayed up all night watching our baby rather than sleeping near her, which is what the other doulas we interviewed offered. She also provided helpful breastfeeding tips. She encouraged us and helped us gain confidence as new parents. We don’t know how we would’ve made it through those first weeks of around-the-clock baby care without Kara!

Kara was an incredible support during the first several weeks of our newborn's life. She helped with everything from breastfeeding, bottle feeding to baby wearing and general baby care questions. Her guidance gave me the confidence to breastfeed successfully and care for our baby. She also reminded and encouraged us to rest and take care of ourselves, which was very much appreciated.
