Posted prices on this page range from $150 to $250 for an initial in-home visit, with follow-ups from $125 to $200 and virtual consults from $75. Two consultants publish longer packages instead of single visits, from $375 up to $1,600. Every figure is quoted exactly as the consultant posted it; where a consultant does not publish fees, the field is blank.

Two consultants say an in-network visit costs families nothing out of pocket. Check your own plan before you book, and ask whether travel fees are billed separately, because they usually are not covered.
