Ellen Gottlieb is the founder of Enlightened Parenting and author of “How to Raise a Parent: Becoming a Conscious Parent in an Unconscious World.” Developed by Ellen, Enlightened Parenting is intended to guide and teach parents how to raise their children more mindfully, on the premise that “loving your children is not enough” — parents can learn to raise them more consciously so they can find true joy and comfort in their own skin. Her coaching helps open-minded parents who are having difficulty communicating and interacting effectively with their children, or seeking greater connection and less discord, parent with greater ease, connection, and authenticity.
